Il figlio Gesù e le ingiustizie del mondo

 The author has considered six questions about Jesus, concerning essential aspects of faith in the Lord and  focusing on the relationship between God’s justice and the injustices in the world. Questions which go from asking about Jesus’ existence to the reason for killing him, from the main element which caused the change of attitude in his apostles to where the kingdom of the divine justice is (only in Heaven or also on earth?) and whether it is possible to change injustice into happiness. Santosuosso gives these questions simple answers, based on the rationality of the jurist, complying with dates and events of Christ’s human personality who considers the man “who generated the best interest of all generations existed over the centuries” and the Person who best of all leads to God, “because he is His Son, truly come down from heaven, condemned to death for us, but certainly risen, after having taught to the world how to overcome all the injustices”.

The Author: Fernando Santosuosso, born in Benevento in 1926, served as a honorary judge and judge of the Constitutional Court, where he was elected in 1992 until the end of his mandate in 2001. He is now vice president emeritus of the same Court. He was President of the Labor Division of the Supreme Court of Appeal. He is author of various volumes of jurisprudence and he also published books on the theme of faith, family law, assisted procreation and some poetical collections.

 La figura di Gesù suscita da sempre molti interrogativi ai quali è possibile dare una risposta solamente con un lavoro lungo e complesso. Nel presente volume Fernando Santosuosso ha selezionato invece sei semplici domande alle quali offre delle risposte altrettanto semplici e chiare, che possono essere apprezzate tanto da studiosi esperti quanto dai meno eruditi.
In particolare le domande a cui l’Autore offre una risposta sono: 1) Gesù è veramente esisitito? 2) Con quale innovativo messaggio ha ribaltato il mondo? 3) Perché e per mano di chi l’ingiustizia di ucciderlo? 4) Quale fattore fu la causa che cambiò la vita degli apostoli? 5) A cosa ci si riferisce quando si parla di Regno di Dio? 6) Come si può arrivare alla felicità eterna superando l’ingiustizia e la caducità della vita terrena?
Ne risulta un saggio di facile lettura rivolto a fedeli e non con lo scopo di gevolare ed approfondire la conoscenza della figura di Gesù.
 
L'Autore: Fernando Santosuosso, nato a Benevento nel 1926, è ha svolto le funzioni di Giudice Ordinario e della Corte Costituzionale della quale è Vice Presidente Emerito. E’ stato inoltre Presidente della Sezione Lavoro della Suprema Corte di Cassazione e della stessa fu eletto nel ’92 alla Corte Costituzionale dove rimase fino alla scadenza del mandato nel 2001. Ha al suo attivo numerose pubblicazioni di diritto.
