Article 1: Scope of Application
1.1 The General Terms of Sale are hereby established as applicable to all transactions undertaken by the Seller on the Site.
1.2 The provision of your personal fiscal code (RCF, NI, SSN) during the purchasing process implies that you are acting as a "Consumer" pursuant to Article 3, paragraph 1, letter a) of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree September 6, 2005, No. 206). A “Consumer” is defined as a natural person acting for purposes unrelated to the business, commercial, professional or craft eventually carried out. Should a VAT identification number be provided (either for individual or of a legal entity), the transaction shall be classified as one executed by a “Professional,” pursuant to Article 3, paragraph 1, letter c) of the Italian Consumer Code. The term “Professional” refers to any natural or legal person acting in the exercise of its business, commercial, craft or professional activity, or its intermediary. The implications of buying as a Consumer as opposed to a Professional will be detailed in subsequent sections of this document.
1.3 The terms delineated herein are to be understood as working days, explicitly excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Italian Bank holidays. The images and descriptions presented on the Site are intended for illustrative purposes only, and actual colors may vary as a result of the settings of the devices utilized for viewing.
1.4 The General Conditions of Sale may be modified at any time at the Seller's discretion. Any changes and/or new conditions will be in force from the moment of their publication on the Site. You are therefore invited to consult the most up-to-date version of the General Conditions of Sale before making any purchase.
1.5 The applicable General Terms and Conditions of Sale are those in force on the date the purchase order is sent.
1.6 The present General Sale Conditions do not regulate the sale of Products and/or services by subjects other than the Seller that may be present on the Site through links, banners or other hypertext links. Before carrying out commercial transactions with such subjects, it is necessary to verify their conditions of sale. The Seller is not responsible for the provision of services and/or the sale of Products by such parties. The Seller does not control and/or monitor the websites that can be consulted through such links. The Seller is therefore not responsible for the contents of such sites or for any errors and/or omissions and/or violations of law by the same.
1.7 You are required to carefully read these General Conditions of Sale as well as all other information that the Seller provides on the Site, including during the purchase process.
1.8 In no event shall Seller be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, any loss of income or other indirect loss resulting from the use of or inability to use the Site. Seller makes no warranty or representation that: (i) the Site is free of viruses or programs that may damage data; (ii) the information contained on the Site is accurate, complete and current.
1.9 On the Site it is also possible to place orders by email. Insofar as they are compatible, the clauses indicated in these General Conditions of Sale also apply to these types of orders. The Seller reserves the right to send you by email different and separate General Conditions of Sale, effective only for purchase by email. The Seller also accepts orders by telephone. In this case, these General Conditions of Sale apply, insofar as they are compatible.
1.10 The entirety of any element of the Site is the property of the Seller or a third party. Except with the specific written consent of the Seller, you may not reproduce, in whole or in part and by any process, distribute, publish, transmit, modify or sell all or any part of the content of the Site.
Art. 2 Purchases on the Site
2.1 In order to make purchases on the Site it is necessary to follow the procedure present on the Site itself, entering the data requested from time to time. The contract of sale is concluded when the order reaches the server of the Seller.
2.2 You agree to inform the Seller immediately if you suspect or become aware of any misuse or improper disclosure of any information you have entered on the Site.
2.3 You warrant that the personal information provided by you is complete and truthful and you agree to indemnify and hold the Seller harmless from any damages, liabilities and/or penalties arising out of and/or in any way connected with the breach of this undertaking. You agree to inform the Seller immediately if you suspect or become aware of any misuse or improper disclosure of your Site access credentials.
2.4 The Seller reserves the right to refuse orders from Users who have previously violated these General Conditions of Sale or any regulatory provision.
2.5 In order to place orders on the Site it is necessary to read and approve these General Conditions of Sale, by checking the relevant box on the pages of the purchase process. Failure to accept these General Conditions of Sale will make it impossible to make purchases on the Site.
2.6 The Seller is the sole counterparty of the User who intends to purchase one or more Products through the Site and is therefore (i) the entity to which the User addresses his order, in order to accept the offer and conclude the sales contract; (ii) the entity that assumes towards the User the obligations of a pre-contractual nature arising from the offer; (iii) the entity that concludes with the User the contract of sale, assuming the related obligations and rights. The purchase contract concluded through the Site is therefore concluded between the User and the Seller.
2.7 On the Site and in communications with customers relating to the Site, the Seller reserves the right to act under its own trade name. Therefore, when either the Seller's trade name or the first person plural ("We") is used on the Site and/or in customer communications pertaining to the Site, the reference is to the Seller in addition to the Site.
2.8 The Seller makes no guarantee that the Site will be continuously functional and operational. For example, updates to the CMS platform may occur, which could mean a temporary suspension of service. The Seller assumes no liability whatsoever with reference to any kind of injury or damage that the User may suffer from this circumstance.
2.9 After the purchase on the Site You will receive an order confirmation email. The order confirmation email will contain at least the following information: (i) Seller's details; (ii) characteristics of the Product purchased; (iii) purchase price; (iv) any additional charges; (v) right of withdrawal or its exclusion; (vi) shipping address; and (vii) payment method used.
2.10 The colors of the Products on the Site are indicative and may depend on the resolution of the device used by the User. The Seller assumes no responsibility if the color of the Product differs from that expected by the User. Users are invited to contact the Seller in case of doubts on the color of one or more Products on the Site.
Art. 3 Availability of Products
3.1 The Products offered on the Site are limited in number. Consequently, there may be instances in which the Product ordered is no longer available after the submission of the purchase order, particularly in cases where multiple Users are attempting to purchase the same item simultaneously. In such events, a Product may briefly appear as available, only to later be deemed out of stock or unavailable for immediate delivery, which may require a wait for restocking.
3.2 You will be informed in case of unavailability of the ordered Product. In this case you will be entitled to terminate the purchase contract. However, please note that before requesting the termination of the contract, the Seller reserves the right to implement these measures:
- if restocking is not feasible, the Seller will propose an alternative Product of equivalent or higher value. If the customer opts for a higher-value Product, the customer will be required to pay the difference, with explicit consent being necessary;
- if restocking is possible, the Seller will provide an updated delivery timeframe, indicating the new estimated delivery period.
3.3 If a refund is requested for the amount paid for the purchase of Products which are subsequently found to be unavailable, the Seller will process the refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the request.
3.4 If you exercise your right to terminate the contract, the contract will be terminated. In the event that the payment of the total amount due, consisting of the price of the Product, the shipping costs, if applied, and any other additional cost, as resulting from the order (Total Amount Due) has already been made, the Seller will refund the Total Amount Due in accordance with the provisions of the article "Payment Methods" below.
Art. 4 Prices
4.1 On the Site, prices include the VAT rates prescribed by Italian law. For sales destined to countries outside the European Union, the shown prices are exclusive of Italian VAT. Furthermore prices do not include taxes or Customs duties: these charges, if due, will be borne by the customer and must be paid at Customs before delivery.
4.2 Moreover, on the Site prices do not include the WEEE contribution as Products not subject to the relative discipline are sold.
4.3 The Seller reserves the right to change the price of the Products at any time, without notice, it being understood that the price charged to you will be the one indicated on the Site at the time of placing the order and that no account will be taken of any variations (upwards or downwards) subsequent to the transmission of the order.
4.4 Shipping costs are your responsibility, where otherwise stated.
4.5 The Seller will dispatch the Products only after receiving confirmation of authorization for payment or upon credit of the Total Amount Due. Title to the Products will pass to you upon shipment, which will be deemed to be the time when the Product is handed over to the carrier. The risk of loss of or damage to the Products due to causes not attributable to the Seller shall be transferred to you when you or a third party appointed by you other than the carrier takes physical possession of the Products.
4.6 The purchase contract shall be terminated if you fail to pay the Total Amount Due. Unless otherwise agreed in writing with you, the order will be cancelled accordingly.
4.7 If there is an error in the price of the Product indicated on the Site, the Seller reserves the right to inform the customer of the correct price even after the purchase order has been concluded. In this scenario, the customer may either accept the new price or terminate the purchase contract. The Seller may also cancel the Product purchase agreement in such cases. The Seller may also cancel the sale if there is an error in the availability of the Product.
Article 5 Methods of payment
The following payment methods are available for transactions conducted on the Site:
- Payment Cards
- PayPal
- Bank Transfer
5.1 Payment Cards:
You may purchase via payment cards on the Site. The charge will be made only after (i) the data of Your payment card used for the payment have been verified and (ii) the issuer of the payment card used by You has issued the authorization to charge. In application of Directive 2015/2366/ (EU) on payment services in the internal market (PSD2), you are informed that you may be required to complete the purchase process by meeting the authentication criteria required by the payment institution in charge of handling the online payment transaction. The authentication criteria refer to the identity of the User (to meet this criterion the User must be registered on the Site during the purchase transaction) and the contextual knowledge of the authentication code transmitted by the payment institution (Strong Customer Authentication). Failure to complete the procedure described above may make it impossible to finalize the purchase on the Site. The confidential data of the payment card (Card Number, Cardholder Name, Expiration Date, Security Code) are encrypted and transmitted directly to the payment processor without passing through the Seller's servers The Seller therefore never has access to and does not store, not even if you choose to store such data on the Site, the data of your payment card used to pay for the Products. The payment cards accepted can be viewed in the footer of the Site and/or within the purchase process:
- Visa;
- MasterCard;
- American Express;
- Maestro.
5.2 PayPal
On the Site you can make purchases through the PayPal payment solution. If you choose PayPal as a means of payment, you will be redirected to the site www.paypal.com where you will make the payment according to the procedure provided and regulated by PayPal and the terms and conditions agreed between you and PayPal. The data entered on the PayPal site will be processed directly by PayPal and will not be transmitted or shared with the Seller. The Seller is therefore not able to know and does not store in any way the data of the payment card connected to your PayPal account or the data of any other payment instrument connected to that account. Furthermore, you can finalize payment utilizing either a PayPal account or a payment card without necessitating registration with PayPal.
5.3 Bank Transfer
The Site offers an alternative payment method via bank transfer. All costs related to the transfer will be the User's responsibility. and will be predicated upon the arrangements established with the User's banking institution. Upon placement of the order, an email will be dispatched containing the requisite bank details for the processing of the payment. Should payment not be received within a three working day period, the Seller reserves the right to terminate the purchase order.
The bank details for the transfer are as follows:

5.4 The Site permits the application of discount codes, coupons, or vouchers during the purchasing procedure.
5.5 In accordance with the provisions of Italian Legislative Decree No. 26 of 7 March 2023, the prices published on the Site have not been personalized on the basis of automated decisions. The prices displayed on the Site are therefore not influenced by the consumer's previous behavior.
5.6 On the occasion of a price reduction, the Site indicates the lowest price applied to the general public during the calendar 30 days preceding the price reduction. For Products that have been on the market for less than 30 days, the time period to which the previous price refers is indicated. This clause does not apply to 'launch prices', which are characterized by successive price increase announcements.
5.7 If, for any reason whatsoever, the Seller has to make any kind of refund to you for the purchase of one or more Products, the Seller will proceed with the refund on the same means of payment used by the Client, unless otherwise agreed between him/her and the Seller. Any delays in the refund may depend on the bank, the type of credit card or the payment solution used.
Art. 6 Delivery - International Shipments
6.1 The delivery of the Products is carried out worldwide, with exceptions noted on the Site and/or in the Product page. To ensure the security of orders, the Seller employs only traceable shipping methods. For additional inquiries regarding shipping options, including the possibility of delivery to countries not specified on the Site, please do not hesitate to contact the Seller.
6.2 The Seller’s obligation to deliver shall be deemed fulfilled upon the transfer of physical possession or control of the Product to the Client.
6.3 During the purchasing process, you can choose among a few shipping options. Each option includes estimated delivery times and associated costs specific to the destination country. Upon dispatch of your order to the carrier, an automatic email will be sent, providing the shipment number and the name of the carrier. You may conveniently track your shipment's status on the carrier's website utilizing the provided shipment number.
6.4 We partner with the following carriers across various Countries:
- SDA: Italy, San Marino, Vatican City
- DPD / BRT: European Union, Norway, Switzerland, Andorra, Liechtenstein
- DHL: Worldwide
- Poste Italiane: Worldwide
- FedEx: Worldwide
- UPS: Worldwide
6.5 Shipping and Delivery Time
The timeframe from payment to delivery at the destination address is influenced by several factors, which include:
i. Payment Method;
ii. Item Availability;
iii. Package Preparation Time;
iv. Shipping Time (Transit Time).

i. Payment Method
For payments made via credit card, PayPal, or cash on delivery, the order is processed immediately. For wire transfer payments, processing occurs once the payment is reflected in our account, typically within one to two business days following the transfer.
ii. Item Availability
Availability details are provided on the Product page, indicating when the item will be ready for shipping. This is expressed in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding Italian Bank holidays and the payment date). Availability options include:
- In Stock: No. of days / weeks / months (e.g., 5 days). The item will be available within the stated timeframe, either sourced from our suppliers or crafted in-house.
- Out of Stock: The item is temporarily unavailable or permanently discontinued. For information regarding restocking, please reach out to our Customer Service Department.
Estimated availability applies only to single-item orders. For orders containing multiple items, shipping may be affected by differing availability times among the items. Your order will be shipped once all items are in stock.
Availability information is periodically updated; however, it may change due to unforeseen circumstances or specific times of the year (e.g., for temporary Summer closure of Suppliers).
iii. Package Preparation Time
This refers to the duration required to receive items at our warehouse, pack them, and transfer them to the carrier. On average, this preparation time ranges from 24 to 48 hours from the point of stock availability. Preparation is calculated in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Italian Bank holidays) from the date of Product availability.
iv. Shipping Time (Transit Time)
This timeframe signifies the duration from when the carrier collects the goods until they reach the customer. During the purchasing process, customers can select from various shipping methods, each with its estimated transit times articulated in working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Italian Bank holidays).
Transit time may vary or be subject to delays due to unforeseen events (such as weather conditions, strikes, wars, others). Orders shipped outside the European Community may experience additional delays due to Customs inspections. For further details, please refer to the section on Customs Duties and Charges below.
It is noteworthy that over 96% of our shipments are delivered within the estimated timeframe.
6.6 Delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. As such, the Seller reserves the right to deliver Products within a maximum of 30 days from the order confirmation. We are committed to informing customers promptly should there be any delays extending beyond this period.
6.7 Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are determined based on the greater of either the weight or volume of the items in your shopping cart, along with the destination Country. We provide global delivery services and consistently work to secure the most competitive rates with our Carriers. The shipping charges applicable to your destination will be displayed during the order completion stage (Checkout).
To gain insight into the shipping costs ahead of completing your purchase, you may refer to both the Product page and the shopping cart page without the need for registration:
- on the Product page, please click on the Shipping Costs box and select the country of delivery from the dropdown menu;
- if you have added multiple Products to your shopping cart, navigate to the cart page, click on the Courier/Shipping Costs button, and select the the country of delivery from the dropdown menu.
6.8 Remote Area Shipments
Remote Areas refer to locations where the carrier imposes an additional delivery fee. The classification of Remote Areas is determined by the Carrier and not by the Seller. We will be informed that a shipping address qualifies as a Remote Area only when processing the waybill on the carrier's website. Should the provided shipping address be deemed a Remote Area, we will contact you via email prior to shipment to request the payment of a Remote Area surcharge. The shipment will be entrusted to the Carrier once the surcharge payment is received.
6.9 Customs Duties and Charges
All shipments are dispatched from Italy. For orders delivered outside the European Union, Customs authorities in the destination country may require the recipient to pay duties and Customs charges based on the value and nature of the goods purchased. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient, and we do not have control over or the ability to predict their amounts, as Customs policies vary significantly from one country to another. We therefore advise contacting your local Customs office for further information.
When placing an order for delivery to a country outside the European Union, the buyer is considered the importer and is required to comply with the relevant regulations. Before placing your order, please confirm that the importation of the item is permissible under the applicable laws of the destination country. The Seller cannot be held responsible if an item is held at Customs due to legal restrictions on importation.
In the event that the consignee declines to pay the necessary Customs charges or if the shipment is halted by Customs authorities due to the inclusion of prohibited items, the order will be classified as abandoned and will not be returned to the Seller. Please note that the Seller does not issue refunds for refused, abandoned, or seized orders, nor for Customs charges incurred by the recipient.
Customs authorities may require you to provide a recipient's personal identification number (i.e. SSN, RFC, QURP, NI, other) to process the shipment. As the importer of record, you and/or the consignee may need to supply such identification, which can vary depending on the country of destination. Customs forms for shipments outside the EU will detail the value of items included in the delivery according to Product type. We reserve the right to provide this information to Customs to facilitate the process for our customers or to comply with legal obligations. Customs may open and inspect packages, and we have no influence over this occurrence. If the order is designated as a gift, the package will be marked accordingly; however, the prices of the items will still be recorded on the Customs form.
6.10 You are responsible for verifying the condition of the delivered Product. The risk of loss or damage to the Product is transferred when you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, physically takes possession of the Product. You are required to verify the number of Products received, that the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or otherwise altered, including in the sealing materials. You are invited, in your interest, to indicate on the transport document of the carrier, any anomalies, accepting the package with reserve. In the event that the package shows obvious signs of tampering or alteration, you should promptly notify the Seller.
6.11 You acknowledge that the responsibility for collecting the Product lies solely with you. Should you fail to collect the Product, the Seller reserves the right to terminate the purchase contract and seek compensation for any damages incurred as a result of your failure to collect the Product.
Art. 7 Right of withdrawal
7.1 We invite the User to read with particular attention to this article, which governs the right of withdrawal.
7.2 The right of withdrawal affords the Consumer the ability to dissolve the purchase contract without the obligation to provide a reason, in accordance with Italian legislation (Dlgs. n. 21/2014). This provision also applies to purchases made by international customers and/or with international shipments. Please note that if the purchase was made as a Professional, the right of withdrawal does not apply unless otherwise agreed upon with the Seller. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal are provided below.
7.3 If you are a Consumer (and if no exceptions apply) you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of the Product without giving any reason and without incurring costs other than those provided for in this article within a period of fourteen calendar days (Withdrawal Period). The Withdrawal Period expires after 14 days to be calculated as follows:
- in the case of an order for a single Product, from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the Products;
- in the case of a Multiple Order with separate deliveries, from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and nominated by you, takes physical possession of the last Product;
- in the case of an order for delivery of a Product consisting of multiple lots or pieces, from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and nominated by you, takes physical possession of the last lot or piece.
7.4 To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform the Seller, before the expiry of the Withdrawal Period, of your decision to withdraw. To this end, you can write to the Seller at the contact details indicated in the Foreword, or use the contact form on the Site. You have exercised your right of withdrawal within the Withdrawal Period if notice of the withdrawal is sent by you before the expiration of the Withdrawal Period.
7.5 Unless otherwise agreed, the direct costs of returning the Products shall be borne by the Consumer, as well as the responsibility for the transportation of the same. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Product must be delivered at the Seller's premises, or at the different address communicated by the Seller.
7.6 If the right of withdrawal is applicable, the Seller will refund the Total Amount of the Products, excluding shipping costs and any ancillary charges (e.g., shipping insurance), without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the date the Seller receives the returned Product. The refund will be processed using the same payment method utilized for the initial transaction, unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed upon between you and the Seller.
7.7 The Consumer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods that results from handling the Product beyond what is necessary to assess its nature, characteristics, and functionality. The Product must be stored, handled, and inspected with appropriate diligence and returned in its original condition, complete with all components, fully functional, and accompanied by all accessories and documentation. All identification tags, labels, and any disposable seals must remain attached, intact, and untampered with. Furthermore, the Product should be suitable for its intended use and free of any signs of wear or dirt. The right of withdrawal applies to the entire Product and cannot be exercised for individual parts or accessories.
7.8 In the event that the Product for which the withdrawal has been exercised has suffered a decrease in value resulting from a handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the Product, the Seller reserves the right to deduct from the amount of the refund an amount equal to this decrease in value. The Seller will promptly inform the Consumer of this circumstance and the adjusted refund amount.
7.9 This Article regulates a very important issue concerning the costs of return in the event of withdrawal. The Consumer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the Product. Returns must be directed to the address indicated in the "Seller's Details" section in the Foreword, or to an alternate address provided by the Seller as required.
7.10 Exclusions from Return
In accordance with Article 59 of Italian Legislative Decree No. 21/2014, the right of withdrawal is excluded for the following items:
- Custom-made or clearly personalized goods;
- Goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- Sealed goods that, once opened, are non-returnable for hygienic or health protection reasons;
- Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items;
- Sealed audio or video Products that have been opened after delivery;
- Goods whose delivery was made on the basis of specific instructions from the Customer;
- Fabrics, trimmings, and accessories cut to a length;
- Digital content that is not provided on a tangible medium;
- The supply of newspapers, periodicals, and magazines.
7.11 Notwithstanding the right of withdrawal, if any, and the rights under the legal guarantee of conformity, the customer may not request replacement of the Product. Irrespective of the regulations in force in the countries of destination, the right of withdrawal and its possible exclusion shall be governed by the provisions of the preceding articles also with regard to customers residing in non-EU countries.
Art. 8 Legal Warranty of Conformity
8.1 The Legal Guarantee of Conformity is reserved for the Consumer. It therefore applies only to Users who have made a purchase on the Site for purposes unrelated to their entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity.
8.2 The Seller shall be liable to the Consumer for any lack of conformity of the Product that becomes apparent within two years from said delivery. The action for claiming defects not fraudulently concealed by the Seller is prescribed in any case in the term of twenty-six months from delivery of the goods.
8.3 Unless there is proof to the contrary, it shall be assumed that the lack of conformity that becomes apparent within twelve months from the delivery of the Product already existed on that date, unless such assumption is incompatible with the nature of the Product or the nature of the lack of conformity. Starting from the twelfth month following the delivery of the Product, it shall instead be the burden of the Consumer to prove that the lack of conformity already existed at the time of the delivery of the same.
8.4 In case of lack of conformity of the good, the consumer has the right to the restoration of conformity, or to receive a proportional reduction in price, or termination of the contract on the basis of conditions established by Art. 135-bis and following of the Italian Consumer Code.
8.5 The Seller shall not be liable for damages, of any nature whatsoever, deriving from the use of the Product in an improper manner and/or not in compliance with the instructions provided by the manufacturer as well as in case of damages deriving from unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure.
8.6 If you made the purchase as a Professional, the previous paragraphs of this article do not apply. In this case the legal guarantee is governed by Art. 1490 et seq. of the Italian Civil Code; namely, eventual defects shall be communicated until 8 days from the discovery and the legal action is expired after 1 year from the delivery.
For any questions regarding the safety of the Products offered or to report any issues, you may contact the Seller at the Seller's Details provided in the Foreword. The Seller undertakes to respond promptly to all inquiries and to consider any reports to ensure the highest safety of the Products and customer satisfaction.
Art. 9 Manufacturer's Warranty
The Manufacturer's Warranty is an additional warranty to the Legal Warranty of Conformity eventually provided by the Seller on the Products. Unless specifically stated otherwise on the Site, Products sold through the Site do not carry a Manufacturer's Warranty. You may in any case assert your rights under the Legal Warranty of Conformity governed by the preceding article.
Art. 10 Applicable law and competent court; out-of-court settlement of disputes - Alternative Dispute Resolution/Online Dispute Resolution
10.1 Contracts of purchase concluded through the Website are governed by what is indicated in these General Conditions of Sale and, as provided for, by the Italian Consumer Code.
10.2 Please note that in the case of a Consumer, for any dispute relating to the application, execution and interpretation of this document, the competent court is the place where the Consumer resides or has elected domicile. In case of Professional, for any dispute relating to the application, execution and interpretation of this document is instead competent the Court where the Seller is located in accordance with what is provided in the Introduction.
10.3 The Seller informs the User who has the status of Consumer that, in the event that he has made a complaint directly to the Seller, following which it has not been possible to resolve the dispute thus arising, the Seller shall provide information on the Alternative Dispute Resolution body or bodies (ADR bodies) for the extra-judicial resolution of disputes relating to obligations deriving from a contract concluded on the basis of these General Sales Conditions, specifying whether or not he intends to make use of such bodies to resolve the dispute itself.
10.4 The Seller also informs the User who has the status of Consumer that an European platform for the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR platform) has been set up. The ODR platform can be consulted at the following address https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Through the ODR platform the consumer User can consult the list of ADR bodies, find the link to the website of each of them and initiate a procedure for the online resolution of the dispute in which he/she is involved.
10.5 In any case, the right of the Consumer to refer the dispute arising from these General Conditions of Sale to the competent ordinary judge, whatever the outcome of the procedure for the out-of-court settlement of disputes relating to consumer relations through recourse to the procedures referred to in Part V, Title II-bis of the Italian Consumer Code, is not affected.
The User who resides in a member state of the European Union other than Italy can also access for any dispute relating to the application, execution and interpretation of these Terms and Conditions of Sale, the European procedure established for small claims, by Regulation (EC) No 861/2007 of the Council, 11 July 2007, provided that the value of the dispute does not exceed, excluding interest, fees and expenses, Euro 5,000.00. The text of the regulation can be found on the website https://www.eur-lex.europa.eu.
Art. 11 Customer Service
11.1 It is possible to ask for information, send communications, request assistance or forward complaints by contacting the Seller at the addresses indicated in the Foreword, or by using the contact form on the Site.
11.2 The Seller shall respond in an approximate time of 1-3 working days.
Art. 12 User Reviews
12.1 Pursuant to the provisions of Italian Legislative Decree No. 26 of 7 March 2023, the Site allows the publication of reviews by Users. Only registered Users are eligible to submit reviews, thereby ensuring that all entries originate from consumers who have genuinely purchased the Product or service offered on the Site. Reviews published on the Site are not solicited through incentives such as coupons. The Seller retains the right to refrain from publishing reviews that are deemed defamatory or irrelevant to the Product under review.
